How Many vCPUs and How Much Memory Can a Harvester VM Actually Have?

Testing real vCPU and memory ceilings on Harvester HCI across ARM64 and x86_64: a hard 512-vCPU wall baked into QEMU’s ARM machine type, a CPU-model address-width wall that caps memory around 1 TiB until you switch to host-passthrough, and a real Ubuntu guest booted with 8 TiB of RAM to prove it.
